Hoydoon keeps you organized by sending listings that match your criteria directly to your phone, eliminating the need for daily manual checks. And when the right opportunity shows up, you’ll be ready to act fast—saving time and increasing your chances of securing the perfect home or investment before someone else does.

• Open the Hoydoon App & Log In:
  Download and open the Hoydoon app on your phone, then log into your account to access personalized features and alerts. If you don’t have an account yet, you can quickly create one.
• Search for Your Desired Location & Criteria
  Tap the Discover tab at the bottom of the app, enter your preferred location, and use filters like Buy, Rent, and property type to refine your search.
• Look for “Get alerts for this location”
  Once your results appear, you’ll see a bar at the bottom of the screen labeled “Get alerts for this location” with a toggle switch (as shown in your screenshot).
• Enable Alerts
  Tap the toggle switch to enable alerts for your search. If prompted, allow notifications to receive updates on new listings..
• Receive Notifications Instantly
  When a new listing matches your criteria, you’ll get a push notification right on your phone—so you’re always in the loop. Just tap the notification to open the app and view the property instantly, without missing a beat.

Tips for Using Alerts Effectively 

If you’re exploring multiple areas, you can easily set up alerts for each one by repeating the search and notification setup process. This way, you won’t miss opportunities in any of your preferred locations. To make your alerts even more useful, fine-tune your search by adjusting filters such as price range, number of bedrooms, property type, and key features like parking or outdoor space. The more specific your filters, the more relevant your results will be. Also, make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings—this allows the Hoydoon app to instantly notify you the moment a matching property is listed, so you can stay ahead of the competition.

Managing Your Alerts

To update or disable alerts for a specific location, simply go back to the search results within the Hoydoon app and switch off the alert toggle for that search. It’s quick and easy to make changes anytime your preferences shift. Additionally, if you want to control how and when you receive notifications, you can manage those settings directly from your phone’s app settings. There, you can customize things like sound, banner style, or completely turn off push notifications if needed. This gives you full control over how you stay informed.
