• On the Hoydoon Website:
• Go to the Listing: 
  Open the listing that has the wrong information. 
• Scroll Down to Help Center: 
  At the bottom of the page, click on Help Center. 
• Submit a Request: 
  Click Submit a request at the top right of the Help Center page. 
• Select the Most Relevant Option: 
  In the dropdown, select the option that fits your issue (for example, “Assistance” or “General Inquiry”).  
• Describe the Problem: 
  Clearly explain what is incorrect (e.g., “The location is wrong, ” “Photos don’t match the description, ” etc.). Include a link to the listing if possible. 
• Submit: 
  Click Submit to send your report to our support team. We’ll review and get back to you, usually within 24–48 hours. .

On the Mobile App:  

• Go to Your Profile:
  Tap Profile at the bottom right of the app. 
• Find Support in Resources: 
  Under Resources, tap Support. 
• Submit a Request or Contact Support: 
  Use the options provided to send a message about incorrect information. Be sure to include the listing details and describe exactly what is wrong. 
• Follow Up If Needed: 
  Our team will review your report and reach out if more info is needed.
