Just go to the listing page, either on our website or in the Hoydoon mobile app, and look for the “Report Listing” option. Tap or click it, choose the issue you noticed, and add a short comment if needed. Our team will review the report and take action to correct or remove the listing if necessary. Why Should I Report Incorrect Information?
- On the Hoydoon Website:
- Go to the Listing:Open the listing that has the wrong information.
- Scroll Down to Help Center:At the bottom of the page, click on Help Center.
- Submit a Request:Click Submit a request at the top right of the Help Center page.
- Select the Most Relevant Option:In the dropdown, select the option that fits your issue (for example, “Assistance” or “General Inquiry”).
- Describe the Problem:Clearly explain what is incorrect (e.g., “The location is wrong,” “Photos don’t match the description,” etc.). Include a link to the listing if possible.
