  • Post only allowed listings on Hoydoon. Avoid false, illegal, or offensive content to keep the platform safe and trustworthy for all users.
• No Spam or Scams
  • Use Hoydoon only for property-related purposes. Don't spam or scam, and report any suspicious activity to keep the platform safe.
• Stay Safe in All Interactions
  • We take user safety seriously. This means protecting you from scams, harassment, and unsafe interactions. Always report suspicious activity or content.

What Happens If Guidelines Are Violated? 

At Hoydoon, we take community standards seriously to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for all users. If a listing or account is found to violate our guidelines—whether through false information, offensive content, harassment, or misuse of the platform—it may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed.

Repeated or severe violations, including scams, abuse, or attempts to mislead others, can lead to a permanent ban from the platform. In cases involving illegal activity, such as fraud or criminal conduct, we reserve the right to report the matter to the appropriate legal authorities.

These actions help us protect the integrity of the platform and maintain a positive experience for everyone in the Hoydoon community.

How to Report Issues  

If you come across a listing or user that appears to violate Hoydoon’s Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible. You can submit a report directly through the Support section in the mobile app or by visiting the Help Center on our website. For urgent matters or if you need help right away, the Live Chat feature is also available for immediate assistance.

Once your report is submitted, our team will carefully review the issue and take any necessary action to address it. Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us keep Hoydoon safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone.

Use the Messages tab to connect directly and securely with agents, buyers, or sellers without leaving the app. Whether you’re asking questions about a listing, scheduling a viewing, or negotiating details, all your conversations are stored in one central location for easy access. This helps you stay organized, track your communication history, and manage every step of your property journey with confidence—all in one secure, streamlined space.

Customize Your Experience in Preferences

In your Profile, navigate to Preferences to customize the app to suit your needs. Here, you can manage how you receive updates by enabling or adjusting push and email notifications for messages, alerts, and listing activity. You’ll also find options to update your security settings, helping you keep your account safe and secure. Additionally, you can set your preferred country and currency, ensuring that property listings and pricing are displayed in a way that matches your location and buying preferences. It’s a simple way to make Hoydoon work better for you.

Enable Push Notifications

To stay informed in real time, head to Profile > Preferences > Notifications in the app. From there, switch on Push Notifications and tap Update to save your settings. When your device prompts you, be sure to tap Allow to enable alerts from Hoydoon. This ensures you never miss important updates, messages, or new property listings that match your interests.

Get Support When You Need It 

From your Profile, scroll down to the Resources section and tap Support to access help whenever you need it. You’ll find a range of support options, including answers to frequently asked questions, tools to report issues, and the ability to contact the Hoydoon support team directly—all without leaving the app. It’s a quick and easy way to get the assistance you need, right when you need it.
