Easy Navigation with the Bottom Menu 

The Hoydoon app is designed with a simple bottom menu that gives you quick access to all the essential features. From the Home tab, you can return to the main page and explore featured or recommended listings. The Discover section lets you search for properties using filters like location, property type, and price. Your saved listings are just a tap away in the Favorites tab, making it easy to revisit homes you love. Use the Messages tab to communicate directly with agents, sellers, or buyers, keeping all your conversations in one place. Finally, the Profile tab is where you manage your account settings, update preferences, and access support whenever you need help.

Personalized Profile & Settings 

To access your personal hub in the Hoydoon app, simply tap the Profile icon located at the bottom right of your screen. This is where you’ll find everything related to your account. From here, you can view your user details and easily switch to Seller mode if you’re planning to list a property. Under the My Hoydoon section, you'll find options like changing the app language or inviting friends to join the platform. You can also fine-tune your experience by adjusting Preferences—customize your notification settings, update security options, and set your preferred country and currency.

Additionally, the Profile area gives you direct access to key resources such as Support and our Community Guidelines, helping you stay informed and connected at every step.

Powerful Property Search 

In the Discover tab, you can easily start your property search by entering a location that interests you. From there, you’ll have access to a range of filters that help you narrow down your results based on criteria like property type, price range, and more—ensuring you see only the listings that match your needs. As you browse, results are displayed both in a list and on an interactive map, giving you a visual sense of where each property is located. When something catches your eye, simply tap on the listing to view detailed information, high-quality photos, and key specifications to help you decide if it’s the right fit.

Save and Organize Your Favorite Listings  

As you browse through listings, you can tap the heart icon (♡) on any property to instantly save it to your personal Favorites list. This makes it easy to keep track of homes or investments that catch your eye without having to search for them again later. All your saved properties are neatly organized in the Favorites tab, giving you quick access to compare features, revisit photos, and monitor any changes in price or availability. Whether you're narrowing down choices or just keeping tabs on possibilities, the Favorites feature helps you stay organized and make more confident decisions.

Set Alerts for New Listings 

Once you’ve searched for a location, you’ll see the option to toggle on alerts at the bottom of your search results. By enabling “Get alerts for this location,” you’ll receive instant push notifications whenever new listings that match your criteria become available.

It’s a simple way to stay ahead of the market—ensuring you’re among the first to know when the right property hits the platform. With real-time updates, you can act quickly and never miss an opportunity that fits your needs.

Stay Connected with Messaging

Use the Messages tab to connect directly and securely with agents, buyers, or sellers without leaving the app. Whether you’re asking questions about a listing, scheduling a viewing, or negotiating details, all your conversations are stored in one central location for easy access. This helps you stay organized, track your communication history, and manage every step of your property journey with confidence—all in one secure, streamlined space.

Customize Your Experience in Preferences

In your Profile, navigate to Preferences to customize the app to suit your needs. Here, you can manage how you receive updates by enabling or adjusting push and email notifications for messages, alerts, and listing activity. You’ll also find options to update your security settings, helping you keep your account safe and secure. Additionally, you can set your preferred country and currency, ensuring that property listings and pricing are displayed in a way that matches your location and buying preferences. It’s a simple way to make Hoydoon work better for you.

Enable Push Notifications

To stay informed in real time, head to Profile > Preferences > Notifications in the app. From there, switch on Push Notifications and tap Update to save your settings. When your device prompts you, be sure to tap Allow to enable alerts from Hoydoon. This ensures you never miss important updates, messages, or new property listings that match your interests.

Get Support When You Need It 

From your Profile, scroll down to the Resources section and tap Support to access help whenever you need it. You’ll find a range of support options, including answers to frequently asked questions, tools to report issues, and the ability to contact the Hoydoon support team directly—all without leaving the app. It’s a quick and easy way to get the assistance you need, right when you need it.

Stay Safe with Community Guidelines 

In the Resources section of your Profile, you can access Hoydoon’s Community Guidelines and Legal Information. These sections offer helpful insights and best practices for staying safe while browsing properties, communicating with others, and attending in-person viewings. It’s a great way to understand how to use the platform responsibly and confidently.
